Thank you for taking such good care of me over the years. Your generosity and caring have always been the best. I never would have made it this far without your support and the great gift you have for being there for your patients. You make me feel so important and leave me with a feeling of contentment knowing that nothing can happen, as you are my very special doctor. How very lucky I have been.

The members of your office staff are also wonderful, which is a reflection on you. They have that empathetic and caring quality, which I am sure they learned by observing you. I do love all of you. It is a joy and a pleasure coming to your office and I hope it continues for many years to come.

My search to find you began on the internet. At the time, I had no idea what kind of doctor you would turn out to be. I was very impressed by your credentials and had a good feeling about you. I called your office to set up an appointment. I arrived for my appointment on July 27th and it was very early and the office was not open yet. I was waiting outside of your office along with another couple who said they have known you since 1978 - they couldn’t have said more nice things about you. I was now at ease that I may have chosen the right doctor. Then I entered your office, which was very professional, and I was greeted with a warm welcome from your staff. I then met Roseva, your nurse, who was absolutely incredible and told me everything about what to expect from the surgery and from you...”Dr. Rauscher treats his patients the way he would treat his own family members.” I did not truly know what she was talking about until I met you...I saw a real human being not typical of most doctors. I knew then that I was going to schedule my surgery with you. The surgery day arrived and you made your markings on me to prepare for surgery. The next thing I remember when the anesthesia kicked in was the warm touch of your hand warming mine...After surgery, I arrived at Prospect Heights Care Center where I planned to stay for a while after surgery. Your daily visits were unheard of to me. I could not believe that you took so much time out of your day to care for me and check on my status daily. I cannot even describe the appreciation and respect that I have for you as a doctor. You are truly the most amazing doctor I have ever encountered and I have encountered many. I certainly did feel as though you treated me as a family member. I am extremely happy with the results of my surgery. Although I am still swollen, I can still see the expertise of your work. You are amazing at what you do and you have the most genuine, kind nature. It is evident that you love what you do. Dear Greg,
You are a fantastic physician, or should I say artist. I finally shaved my beard after two and a half months and I must say I am looking at a face I have not seen in years. My wife says I look younger than our son, but I know she exaggerates (a little, anyway).

The removal of that large tumor has eliminated the weight I felt on the side of my face and I no longer feel my skin sagging. As I told you, my hair stylist cannot believe that I had anything done. She has seen other work, but nothing as good as yours.

If I am puffing you up it is because you deserve it. The love for your work and the good that comes from it shows in the way that you care for your patients. Everyone on your staff has been very kind, attentive and caring as well. I could not have asked for better than that which I received and I thank you.
